Special DeliveryTM Next Day (delivery by 1pm) is for items up to 10kg. Post Office offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery for just £4.18.

14 Day Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase which can be found within the delivery.

For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we recommend that you send the goods back to Custom My Jewellery by the Post Office –  Special Delivery Next Day. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

Once you have been in touch, our Customer Services Team will log an Support Ticket and will provide further instructions.

Custom My Jewellery cannot accept returns of earrings or nose rings etc if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items to Custom My Jewellery or to one of our stores, the item(s) must be accompanied with the despatch note return slip.

Custom My Jewellery & our stores cannot accept returns for items which have been altered or engraved.

We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

This needs to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item (including weekends). Please note we do not offer refunds on earrings, even if part of a set, due to hygiene regulations.
When returning goods we would ask that you follow the procedures below so that we can refund your payment as quickly as possible.

When your jewellery arrives, you will have received a returns form and a “How to return your product” sheet. Please carefully follow the instructions on that form. Contact Us.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty – Please follow all directions on the returns forms enclosed. All items must be returned within 14 days of reciept (excluding weekends). Once the product(s) is returned, assessed and confirmed as damaged and/or faulty and then refund you accordingly or offer an alternative product.
